We are losing faith in Europe and America, because nobody seems to care about us, who are deprived of almost-all our property, whose human rights are most-scandalously violated by the State of Croatia, by its bad laws, even by the judges of the Constitutional Court, etc.! 

      If Europe were better than Croatia, the European Union would show some interest and take some action, instead of pretending that our government is O.K. and welcome to the EU.  Much more should be demanded from Croatia  -  it is not enough to bring some generals to Hague!

      Croatian government still does not respect our contracts by which we acquired our permanent dwelling rights  in the so-called private occupied apartments before 1990, which contracts  MUST  BE  RESPECTED  according to the international Agreement on Succession Issues (ANNEX G), ratified in March of 2004 by the Croatian parliament!   Read more at this address (URL):

      By Croatian laws (since 1991), about 350,000  DWELLING-RIGHT HOLDERS, who had been "90-percent" owners of public, nationalized and some private apartments (belonging to other registered private owners, who are given compensations), paid the remaining 10 percent of the price and became FULL (100%) OWNERS of the apartments in which they live.  However, a group of us (about 7000 dwelling-right holders) are deliberately chosen to be legally robbed of almost all our property and homes - i.e. our dwelling rights!  We are legally discriminated against in a manner that reminds us of the discrimination against Jews by the Nazis.  Although we are not being directly killed, we could have expected this kind of treatment and injustice to be possible only in fascist, Nazi, or communist (Stalinist) regimes.                                

Please, help us if you can, or at least send the above address to others!

 P.S.  I am a doctor of medicine, 71 years of age, retired, deprived of almost-all my property - i.e. my dwelling right, which means my apartment, where I live, and have always lived, for the last 65 years!  The Croatian government postpones and evades a just solution waiting for me and many other deprived old people to die!                  

      How can we (the individuals who are maltreated by the government) gain access to the media (newspapers) in order to make our problem known to the public?  The newspapers in Croatia seldom (and incompletely) publish our texts about unconstitutional actions of the Croatian government and violations of our human rights.

      We know, and we are telling you, that some decisions of the Constitutional Court of Croatia, and also of the European Court of Human Rights, are WRONG. You don't have to believe us, but somebody should take a serious interest in what we have to say, and ask for more explanations or proofs, and find out that we are indeed speaking the truth!
